Private guest facilities are situated on the ground floor:

Tea and Coffee is freely available

There are 2 Guest bedrooms:
Bedroom One has 1 Queen & 1 Single bed with access to garden and patio
Bedroom Two has 2 Single beds (twin)
Both bedrooms offer views over the surrounding countryside and gardens

The Private Bathroom (guests share) includes Shower/Bath & separate toilet

Laundry
Available by arrangement.

Of course we operate on the philosophy of welcoming guests as friends into our home, free to join us or to have privacy as they wish.

Double: $100
Single: $70

Meals:
Breakfast included in tariff
Dinner $30 per person (by prior arrangement please)
Includes home grown produce in season.

Smoking:
No smoking indoors

Check Out: By 10.00am please
